JEA electric crews deployed Saturday morning to support power restoration efforts in Alabama in the aftermath of Hurricane Isaias.Six electric line distribution crews, which include 40 JEW crew members, headed toward the damaged areas, where hundreds of thousands were without power early Saturday.“They will convoy there and get to support that local public power utility in their need, in the need of that community,” said JEA spokesperson Myers Vasquez. “This is the beauty of public power.
